1.Soak tea leaves in hot water for 6~8 mins,10g tea leave 1100ml hot water (Black/Oolong 95℃; Green Tea 85℃)
2.Filter the tea leave, add 60g sugar and heat tea soup to boil and turn off the heat.
3.Combine 20g konnyaku jelly powder and tea.
4.Pour the mixture into molds, let it cool down, then refrigerate it
